This is the creative stage where you share your vision, preferences, inspiration, or even a rough sketch. Our designers then work with you to finalize the design concept, metal choice (e.g., gold, platinum), and gemstone selection (all natural and certified).
If you're not sure about your partner’s ring size, this is a great time to use one of the subtle sizing methods we mentioned earlier!
Once the design is finalized, a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model is created to show you a 3D visualization of your custom piece. Minor adjustments can be made at this stage to ensure it's perfect before production begins.
Because we source natural gemstones directly from ethical mines around the world, this stage involves selecting the perfect stone(s), cutting and polishing them in-house for maximum brilliance and authenticity.
Our master artisans begin crafting your jewelry, using your chosen metal and setting your gemstones with extreme care. This part of the process is time-intensive and detail-oriented, ensuring both beauty and durability.
The piece is polished, inspected, and certified for authenticity and quality. It’s also checked for fit, finish, and structural integrity.
If you’re working with a tight timeline (e.g., for a proposal or event), express service options may be available depending on the complexity of the design. Simpler designs may be completed in as little as 2 weeks, while intricate, high-jewelry pieces may require more than 6 weeks.
